The patio is situated in a quiet up-market area opposite ERPM Golf Course, close to theEast Rand Mall, the Airport & all amenities. Most visitors are re-visitors that enjoy the area’s private location & nice garden overlooking the high trees of the golf course. The Patio is centrally situated close to many malls supermarkets & fast food outlets that deliver, wild waters, restaurants, Casino’s, Cinemas’ the big under roof flea market, the Bokkie & Bird park etc. Most of our visitors do temporary work in the area, attend conferences or are parents from other towns supporting their children in sports events while they enjoy a quiet private stay at low prices preparing their own food. We do not allow undesired persons & have a strict code of conduct to insure your privacy & rest. The Patio supply the following : All flats have own private Braai areas & parking behind high walls & locked gates.All flats are equipped with Fridge Stove or hotplate, Microwave T.V. Kettle; Toaster, Pots, Crockery Eating Utensils & Bedding. Towels are optional extra. 1 Bedroom units have a double bed or 2 single beds a lounge big bathroom & kitchen. 2 bedroom units have 1 double bed & 2 single beds with open plan lounge/kitchen & a big bathroom. We also provide a cot with bedding if you want to bring the baby along. Deposit of 50% required when booking & balance in cash before occupation. Deposit of R250.00 refundable fee charged; for breakage/damage/loss. Deposit will be paid back into your bank account after inspection or cash if you paid cash. No occupation or reservations unless deposits & full amount paid & cleared in advance.Companies must supply order numbers or authorization codes.
