We come to your premises to solve your computer problems. We have a NO FIX, NO PAY policy. In other words, we solve the problem we were commissioned to solve or we do not bill you. Our rate for 2008 is R340.00 per hour. If we do a callout and fix your problem in a few minutes, we still charge one hour for the callout, so it's best to have a list of problems ready for us when we get there! We provide computer support for all types of desktop, notebook and server computers running Windows or Linux. We cover areas North of Johannesburg as far as Midrand, from Linbro Industrial Park in the East to Randburg in the West.
